  I bought a wooden ladel from here a couple of months ago and the first time I used it in hot food, it came apart and warped. The glue holding the three pieces of wood together obviously wasn't heat proof. I took the ladel back and explained to the woman behind the counter who was rude and dismissive. She said I needed my receipt, a refund wouldn't be possible without, which I sort of understand, but who would think they'd need to keep a receipt for a ladel?? Why should a ladel ever break, especially after a couple of months? Awful customer service, rude, objectionable and I will never go there again.
