- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2018-03-07, by Alison MelroseHave the staff here actually had any customer service training? Really quite dire. Serviettes and till receipts on the floor. Staff just walking on by. Generally, not good at all. Even the mediocre coffee doesn't make up for it.
